Are We In A Real Estate Bubble?

Nov 14, 2022

Let's face it... a recession is likely coming.

People are wondering, are we in a housing bubble?

Well, let's define this term first.

A housing bubble is a period in which homes become overvalued, driven organically by increased demand and limited supply or non-organically by speculators who flood the market buying and selling based on predictions.

The real estate market is always shifting. But, not everywhere.. and not equally aggressively. So a bubble may only be scary in some areas.

If you're worried your city may be at a bubble high risk, the best thing you can do is work with an experienced realtor.
